Melvin Thompson was presented with a gift from fellow RAM staffers of his feature on the cover of “Food Service Monthly” magazine.
Russell Knapp and Cristi Dorry from J.J. McDonnell & Co. made an appearance to show their support and mingle with guests.
The Highland Inn prepared a buffet of signature dishes, including build your own sliders, featured beer, and individual petite creme brulee.
Highland Inn’s patio offers a breathtaking view in a relaxed, comfortable setting.
Joshua Lambert, Highland Inn’s Beer, Wine, & Spirits Director, showcased his summery cocktail, Sunshine. Made from vodka infused with cantaloupe, cucumber, mint, cilantro, and honeydew, mixed with grapefruit juice and a rosemary simple syrup…the Sunshine is a crisp, delicious, and refreshing summer cocktail.
